Fishing Finally

Hi everyone,

Dad and I finally went fishing! Well, we've actually been fishing before but we finally went fishing on the river. You can see by my attire that it was a pretty cool day, but it was beautiful and sunny and we weren't sure how many of those days we'd have left so we thought we'd take advantage of it. We still didn't catch anything though. I guess those fish just aren't biting what we have to offer.

This is what happens when not quite 6 year olds get bored and cold while fishing.

Fall Farm Fun

Hi everyone,

Earlier this month we went on a tour of our local farms. We do this every year so I was pretty excited to go see some of the same farms again. We always go to the dairy. We saw some alpacas. We even went to the local berry farm. You can see from the pictures that pretty soon I'm not going to be able to fit in the little tractor train any more for rides. That will be a sad day.

Disneyland (Part 4)

Hi there,

Finally, the last of the pictures of Disneyland! Not that I didn't enjoy Disneyland, because I did. I'm just excited because I think this means I may be pretty much caught up with recapping summer activities.

This trip we were able get over to Tom Sawyer's Island and ride on the boats. Our last trip it was closed because of a special event.

Mom and Dad celebrated their 18th anniversary on our last day at Disneyland! They went out to lunch together at a new restaurant in California Adventure.

Disneyland (Part 3)

Hi everyone,

Cars Land was awesome! Crowded, but awesome! A few of us stood in line early to get fast passes for the new "roller coaster" ride while the others went to the regular line to wait. By the time we got through the fast pass line they were at the front of the regular line so it worked out perfectly. Then, after we rode the ride we went back by the fast pass line and we could actually get more fast passes for later that evening. Amazing how it worked out for us! Three times in one day. We rode it in the morning and after dark.

More of our Disneyland adventures! You would think that I would be a little reserved about eating breakfast with a bunch of princesses but I actually enjoyed meeting all of these beautiful ladies!
